Authorities and users can contact us in English, Croatian, German or Italian at hello@croatiapetguide.com.

Notice and action

If you believe content on the site is illegal under EU or Croatian law, send a notice to the contact email above. Include: the URL, a description of the alleged illegality, your contact details and a statement of good faith.

We aim to acknowledge notices within 5 business days and act within 14 business days, sooner where the law requires.

Content moderation

We do not host third-party user-generated content beyond newsletter sign-ups. The directory and guides are written and verified by our editorial team.

We do not use automated content moderation tools.

Transparency

We do not run paid advertising, do not profile users, and do not deploy recommender systems based on personal behavioural data.
